At Visible Agent, AI search is one of five pillars, next to SEO, Google Business Profile, content, and conversion.1 The description is "a stronger digital footprint that helps AI-powered search systems understand who you are". That's a sensible foundation, and a lot of it overlaps with good local SEO.
What we couldn't find is how Visible Agent measures AI visibility. Its process page tracks search visibility, traffic, calls, and forms, but doesn't name which AI engines it tracks or how often.2 If AI search is the reason you're hiring someone, that's the first thing to ask.

Is Visible Agent Better for Google Business Profile and the Map Pack?
Visible Agent explicitly includes Google Business Profile optimization, reviews and citations in its local authority service.1 If your profile needs ongoing management, that's a practical reason to consider it.
Its process page explicitly rules out overnight ranking promises and guaranteed lead counts.2

Yes. With FlyDragon, you keep your website and the content we create once you've completed the initial six-month term. You can continue using both if you leave after that term. We can work on your existing site, so joining FlyDragon doesn't require moving to a new platform.
Visible Agent says it can work with your existing website "in many cases", after it evaluates the platform, its technical limits, and the access you can give it.1 Its Sierra Interactive assessment says outright that "the goal isn't to replace the platform."4
If you need a new website, we can build one without a separate build fee. After you complete the initial six-month term, the website, its content and any domain we registered for it become yours. If you cancel before completing that term, we retain the website and any domain we registered. We couldn't verify a comparable website-build and ownership-transfer offer on the Visible Agent pages reviewed.

Our pricing page publishes a six-month commitment billed monthly. Our terms of service explain website ownership. Your service agreement should also state renewal, cancellation and payment conditions.

We work with one client per defined local market, on plans starting at $799 a month. Agree the boundary in writing, including the towns or ZIP codes covered and how additional areas are priced.
We couldn't verify market exclusivity from the Visible Agent pages reviewed. Its homepage says it has "500+ real estate markets represented through our client strategies".1 If you'd be uncomfortable with the same agency working for a competitor in your farm area, ask them directly before you sign.
